Re: 'Biosphere Reserve in Bahia de los Angeles":  You may have heard reports being circulated that sportfishing is no longer allowed in Bahia de los Angeles with it being named as a Biosphere Reserve in June, 2007.  These reports are FALSE. Sportfishing continues here at the bay and the guidelines follow those outlined in the Mexican Sportfishing Regulations (see link above for download).  Boat permits are NO LONGER required, but FISHING PERMITS ARE required.
