The
Palo Adan is a close relative of the Ocotillo. It
looks almost the same, but it's branches are more "tangled",
growing and branching off in many different directions.
It has a slightly different color, as well. In
the above two pictures, the bark of the Palo Adan is
on the left, the bark of the Ocotillo is on the right.
